CLUB RULES

Welcome to St Thomas of Canterbury R.C. Primary School’s Morning and After Care.  The aim of this document is to clarify the club rules and ensure your booking details are correct.

Club Fees (Payments are to be made in advance for the week)

                Morning Care £2 per day              After Care £7 per day

                A small snack and a drink will be provided at each session.

Attendance

Please note that any sessions booked must follow a regular pattern each week.

For staffing purposes, all sessions booked must be paid for regardless of attendance.  Should you wish to cancel a session, one week’s notice must be given to the school office (Tel 0161 921 2060 or email the school).

It is at the school’s discretion to accept shift patterns.

Requests for shift patterns must be made in advance with the office.

Shift patterns must follow a rolling programme with regular set patterns.        

Illness

No remission of fees will be given for absenteeism for any reason, including sickness cancellation or holidays taken in term time.

Start Time

Morning care starts at 8am each day. 

End Time

After care ends at 5:55pm, children should be collected before this time. 

Children who are collected late will be charged at £5 per 5 minutes to accommodate staff overtime and inconvenience.  Parents who are regularly late risk losing their child’s place. 

All bookings for Morning and After Care must be made via the school office.
