This week the children have been writing some fantastic character descriptions based on Gobber the Belch from How to Train Your Dragon!

The children have started to look at five and six-digit numbers in our maths lessons. 
The children have been exploring numbers both with and without placeholders (0).

For our first unit in R.E we are exploring the Big Question: Who am I? 

The children gave thoughtful and considerate ideas about what made them special and unique.

The children were looking at sorting materials into their different states of matter (solids, liquids and gases) as well as sorting materials into their different properties.
