CLUB RULES

Welcome to St Thomas of Canterbury R.C. Primary School’s Morning and After Care.  The aim of this document is to clarify the club rules and ensure your booking details are correct.

Club Fees

Payments must be made in advance for the week. Keeping your account in credit is essential to be able to attend.

Morning Care £2 per day        After Care £7 per day

(A small snack and a drink will be provided at each session.)

Attendance

Please note that any sessions booked must follow the same pattern each week.

For staffing purposes, all sessions booked must be paid for regardless of attendance.  Should you wish to cancel a session, one week’s notice must be given to the school office (Tel 0161 470 2660 or email stthomasofcanterbury.rcprimaryschool@salford.gov.uk).

Illness

No remission of fees will be given for absenteeism for any reason, including sickness cancellation or holidays taken in term time.

Start Time

Morning care starts at 8 am each day. 

End Time

Aftercare ends at 5:55 pm, children should be collected before this time. 

Children who are collected late will be charged £5 per 5 minutes to accommodate staff overtime and inconvenience.  Parents who are regularly late risk losing their child’s place.
